Membership is absolutely free.

Can non-members shop at ECCO Online-Store?

You don’t need to be a member to the Online Shop. You can make shopping as a guest.

Payment Options

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard for orders. Available payment options will be presented at checkout.

Secure Ordering

The security of the information regarding your membership and order is very important to us. We use the 128-bit Secure Socket Layer protocol to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than ECCO.

Once you enter the checkout page your computer will begin communicating with our server in secure mode. You can tell that you are in secure mode when the "http" in the web address is replaced by "https"

After you enter your payment information, you will be directed to your bank’s secure 3D payment side to finish your transaction.

Same Day Shipping

Orders placed until 4pm on week days will be shipped out on the same day.

Shipping rates

If your cart amount is 5000 TL or more, you will not pay a shipping fee. Standard shipping fee is 109 TL.

What are your shipping areas?

We can send your products to any point within the borders of Turkey. Product order deliveries may change depending on the location of the cargo company. You can learn the delivery information of your location from YURTİÇİ cargo.

How can I return the product I bought from the online shop?

You can request the return of the product you bought from the Online Shop within 14 days starting from the delivery date. If you send the product in question together with the invoice to the address below, the refund will be issued within seven (7) business days from the moment the product reaches us. The product return fee to the credit card is made by your bank between 2-6 weeks. This period cannot be altered by our company.

How can I change the products I bought from the Online Shop?

You can request the exchange of the product you bought from the Online Shop by filling out the return/replacement form within 14 days from the delivery date. During the discount periods, depending on the density, our company reserves the right to suspend the exchange service with cargo. Our customers' right to make changes from the store continues during the discount periods. Return procedures should be read.

What should I do if the product is defective?

If there is a defect in the product that you think is due to production, you can request the return or exchange of the product. You should send the image of the relevant areas of the product and the invoice to tr-contact@ecco.com for examination.

* It is not possible to return the deformed products caused by incorrect use or repaired by a third party company

 

Can products purchased from the Online Shop be exchanged/returned in your stores?

Products purchased from the ECCO website can be returned or exchanged at ECCO stores within 14 days from the invoice date, with the invoice and cargo delivery receipt.

Can products purchased from the store be exchanged from the Online Shop?

The exchange of products purchased from our stores is made only in our stores.
