ECCO RETURN AND EXCHANGE TERMS

Provided that the product you have purchased has not been used, you can send it to our return address within 14 days from the date you receive your product together with all the accessories of the product and the invoice, together with the return request form by logging in to your relevant order from the 'My Orders' area and creating a return request.

 

RETURN TERMS

Orders placed on tr.ecco.com can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery within the scope of the right of withdrawal for unused products in accordance with the distance sales contract.

Returns must be sent to the return address via Yurtiçi Cargo Company. In order to obtain a Yurtiçi Cargo return code and return address, a return request must be created on the relevant order.

Returns of products with missing accessories, destroyed, damaged due to usage, uninvoiced products are not accepted and will be sent back to you at your own shipping costs.

All products must be packaged in their original packaging.

Only products purchased via tr.ecco.com can be returned.

The invoice of the product must be placed in the package with the product.

The return fee will be credited to your account within 7 working days after the return of the products that are eligible according to the return conditions is approved. The reflection of this fee to your account may take up to 7 business days due to bank procedures.
