These ECCO STREET TRAY sneakers were carefully crafted with sustainability in mind. The uppers were made from a unique leather with a futuristic paper-like texture. The leather uppers were created using ECCO’s revolutionary DriTan™ method of reducing water and chemicals during the leather tanning process. Ten percent rubber waste material were reused and integrated into the outsole, using our ECCO TRAYTECH™ design technology to give you seamless movement. ECCO RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return your purchased item within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that it is unused, in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, and accompanied by the original invoice.
To initiate a return, log in to "My Orders", create a return request for the relevant order, and send the item to our return address via Yurtiçi Kargo.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges
You may also return or exchange your item at any ECCO store by presenting the product together with the original invoice.
Return Conditions
- Only products purchased through tr.ecco.com are eligible for return.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Returns of used, damaged, incomplete, invoice-free, or non-originally packaged items will not be accepted.
- Return shipments must be sent via Yurtiçi Kargo.
- Once your return has been approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank's processing times.
