ECCO Return and Exchange Policy

You may return products purchased from tr.ecco.com within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, provided that the items are unused, in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, and accompanied by the original invoice.
To initiate a return, please submit a return request via the "My Orders" section and send the product to our return address.

In-Store Returns and Exchanges
You may also return or exchange your product at any ECCO retail store. To do so, simply bring the product along with the original invoice to the store.

Return Conditions

  • Only products purchased through tr.ecco.com are eligible for return via this channel.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • Returns will not be accepted for products that are used, damaged, missing accessories, or not accompanied by an invoice.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in complete condition.

  • Return shipments must be made exclusively via Yurtiçi Kargo.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 (seven) business days. This period may vary depending on bank processing times.
