- Use damp cloth to wipe down the shoe and remove any excess dirt and dust. Apply the ECCO Mini Shoe Shampoo onto the damp cloth and clean the shoe. Remove any excess foam with the damp cloth and allow the shoe to dry 15 minutes before wearing.
ECCO Return and Exchange Policy
You may return products purchased from tr.ecco.com within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, provided that the items are unused, in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, and accompanied by the original invoice.
To initiate a return, please submit a return request via the "My Orders" section and send the product to our return address.
In-Store Returns and Exchanges
You may also return or exchange your product at any ECCO retail store. To do so, simply bring the product along with the original invoice to the store.
