Return Conditions

  • Only products purchased through tr.ecco.com are eligible for return.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Returns of used, damaged, incomplete, invoice-free, or non-originally packaged items will not be accepted.
  • Return shipments must be sent via Yurtiçi Kargo.
  • Once your return has been approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank's processing times.
