Take care of your sneakers, helping them to look good and last for longer, with our new ECCO Sneaker Cleaning Kit. Designed by ECCO’s shoe care experts, this kit includes everything you will need for a deep clean and for a quick clean on the go with Sneaker Gel, a brush, a microfibre cloth and five Sneaker Wipes. For a deep clean, put some Sneaker Gel and water on the brush and scrub to create a foam that will help you to remove the dirt and grime. Then remove the residue with the cloth. For a quick clean, use a double-sided Sneaker Wipe, with the smooth side for light stains and the rugged side for persistent dirt.

ECCO Return and Exchange Policy

You may return products purchased from tr.ecco.com within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, provided that the items are unused, in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, and accompanied by the original invoice.
To initiate a return, please submit a return request via the "My Orders" section and send the product to our return address.

In-Store Returns and Exchanges
You may also return or exchange your product at any ECCO retail store. To do so, simply bring the product along with the original invoice to the store.

Return Conditions

  • Only products purchased through tr.ecco.com are eligible for return via this channel.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • Returns will not be accepted for products that are used, damaged, missing accessories, or not accompanied by an invoice.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in complete condition.

  • Return shipments must be made exclusively via Yurtiçi Kargo.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 (seven) business days. This period may vary depending on bank processing times.
