The multifunctional ECCO Gentle Cleanser is an ideal choice for taking care of hand-finished crust leathers. In addition to keeping your footwear clean, the emulsion helps to maintain more delicate leathers by rehydrating and nourishing.
- Water-based wax emulsion includes both beeswax and shea butter
- Unique blend gently cleans and cares for smooth leathers with delicate finishes
- 100 ml pump spray
- Wipe away any excess dirt with a clean cloth. Spray the ECCO Gentle Cleanser directly onto the leather and gently work it in with a clean cloth, removing any excess liquid.

You may return your purchased item within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that it is unused, in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, and accompanied by the original invoice.
To initiate a return, log in to "My Orders", create a return request for the relevant order, and send the item to our return address via Yurtiçi Kargo.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges
You may also return or exchange your item at any ECCO store by presenting the product together with the original invoice.
Return Conditions
- Only products purchased through tr.ecco.com are eligible for return.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Returns of used, damaged, incomplete, invoice-free, or non-originally packaged items will not be accepted.
- Return shipments must be sent via Yurtiçi Kargo.
- Once your return has been approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank's processing times.
