First and foremost we would like you to have an enjoyable shopping experience!
• Provided that the purchased product is not used, you can request a return or exchange by sending your product together with all its accessories and original invoice accompanied by the completed return&exchange form sent to you in your order, to the address indicated below via courier service within 14 days as of the date you take delivery of it. Be returned to you with all courier expenses borne by you.
PRODUCT RETURN TERMS
• Unworn items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• The return of ruined, worn out products or those with missing accessories or invoice are not accepted, and these products will be returned to you with all courier expenses borne by you.
• All products should be packed in their original package.
• Only items purchased via tr.ecco.com are eligible for return.
• The return form of the product must be completed in full.
• The original invoice of the product must be placed in the package.
• The price of the products deemed eligible for refund as per the associated terms shall be deposited to your account within 7 business days. It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to hit your account due to the banking procedures.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE TERMS
• Due to the daily turnover in our stocks, we cannot guarantee the availability of the model, size, color of the product you request the exchange for. That being said, an exchange will be made if the product you request is available in our stocks.
• For a product exchange, you can send the product you would like to exchange together with its invoice and the return/exchange form including the code and size of the replacement product etc.
• If the product requested is not available in our stocks, a customer representative will contact you by phone.
• You can pay any price difference between the products exchanged by means of a remittance made to us. The time limit in this case is 2 business days.
